The New England Patriots will play the Detroit Lions on Sunday, and we’ll be bringing you a recap of the game on Monday.
But there’s something else that’s important to note for you: this will be the first time since last year that the Patriots will host the Lions on the road.
We have a lot of history with the Lions, as you’ll soon see.
But the Patriots have never hosted the Lions at Gillette Stadium.
The Patriots are 5-4 in their last six games against the Lions (a mark that includes two losses in 2017).
In the NFL, you don’t play the Lions if you’re losing.
So the Patriots could make a strong argument to the NFL that they’ve had enough of the Lions.
It would be a tough pill to swallow.
So why not make it work?
We’ll take a look at the pros and cons of hosting the Lions in 2018.
The answer, as always, is we’re not sure yet.
It’s possible the Patriots host the game in a neutral venue, but we can’t be sure.
That leaves the question of whether or not it would be worth it.
We’ll start with a brief overview of what to expect in 2018, and then dig into the pros, cons and why this would make sense for both sides.
The Patriots have a history with Gillette.
In 2018, the Patriots and Lions are scheduled to play in their only meeting in Week 1.
So it’s no surprise that the game would be on the same date, September 1.
There are a couple of big factors that have to be considered when considering whether or how many home games the Patriots should hold this year.
The first is the size of the venue.
Gillette Field is the largest stadium in the NFL.
It can seat up to 32,000 people and is also the home of the NFL’s Green Bay Packers.
There are plenty of other places to watch the Patriots, but the biggest draw for the Patriots would be the fans.
This is an opportunity for the NFL to make it clear that this is a big game and it should be watched.
Gillete Field is home to several NFL teams and it’s a venue that would be perfect for hosting a Patriots game.
That being said, we’re a bit concerned about the Lions having to play at a neutral site.
The NFL doesn’t want to be forced to play its home games on the weekends because of weather or a player’s injury.
The other thing to keep in mind is the Patriots are coming off of a bye week.
So if the Lions are going to have to play on a neutral field, it could be a problem for them.
And if the Patriots do have to host a game on the weekend, there are only a few other options that they could consider.
There’s only one venue that could host the Patriots at home, and that’s Gillette’s Stadium.
The Patriots are playing the Lions for the first consecutive season and will be playing the first game of the season at Gillete Stadium.
They have to start somewhere.
The Lions have been in and out of the playoffs three straight years and have a 10-game winning streak.
There would be plenty of reason for the Lions to be nervous about hosting a game at Gilletts.
They haven’t won the NFL championship since 2000.
If the Patriots can beat the Lions the way they did in 2017, they will have been through the wringer the last two years.
There is also an issue of how many people would be inside of Gillette when the Patriots play the game.
There has been talk that the stadium could be set back from its original capacity of 25,000 because of the new field.
But if the stadium is built to its original design, that would leave Gillette empty.
It also doesn’t help that Gillette is located in a major metropolitan area.
The only other place that the NFL has hosted the game at is the Meadowlands Stadium in Dallas.
There, the Cowboys were eliminated by the New England-New York Giants in the 2016 Super Bowl.
And this year, the game is set to be played at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
One of the biggest downsides to hosting a regular season game in New England is the cost.
The average NFL home game costs $3 million to $5 million.
That’s the average price of a home game this season.
For an NFL team, it’s the equivalent of a game in the NFC Championship game.
But for the Pats, it would add up to $4.5 million per game.
It could add up as much as $20 million per year if the team were to have a team in every city.
Gillettes stadium is about as large as the home stadium, and it would have to open up.
The stadium will have to double its capacity to make room for the game, and there is talk that
